Most devices have a specification label (usually at the back, bottom, or inside the battery compartment). Look for “W” (Watts), “kW” (Kilowatts), or sometimes “VA” (Volt-Amps). If you only see Voltage (V) and Current (A), you can calculate the wattage using the formula:

Watts(W)=Voltage(V)×Current(A)

A safety margin ensures your inverter isn’t overloaded, prolonging its lifespan and giving you room to add extra devices later.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on + Add Device.
2. Select a device from the list (TV, Fan, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, etc.).
3. If the selected device has size options (for example, a TV), choose the appropriate size. The system will automatically populate the device wattage.
4. Adjust the Quantity and Hours of Use per Day as needed.
5. Repeat the process for all devices you want to power.
6. Click Calculate Power Requirements.

Can’t find your device?
Select Custom Device and enter the device name and wattage manually.
