Leo Stan Ekeh is a distinguished economist, risk manager, and one of the foremost advocates for the development of Nigeria’s ICT sector. As the founder and chairman of Zinox Group, he has spearheaded numerous significant projects, such as providing the technological infrastructure for the 2007 and 2011 Nigerian election voters’ registration. His leadership and contributions have earned him several prestigious honors, including the ICON of HOPE award by President Olusegun Obasanjo in 2001, and the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) in 2003. In 2019, he was awarded the National Productivity Merit Award (NPOM) by President Muhammadu Buhari for his ongoing leadership in ICT. Under his guidance, Zinox Group has become a leading force in Africa’s technology landscape.

Born on February 22, 1956, He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Punjab University in India and a Post Graduate Degree in Risk Management from Nottingham University in the UK. His leadership and vision have propelled Zinox to be one of the most integrated and innovative ICT companies in Africa, impacting both the public and private sectors.

MR. CHRIS EZE OZIMS

Mr. Christian Eze Ozims is a versatile legal practitioner whose work experience traverses litigation, banking, and corporate practice. A First Class Lawyer with B.A. and LL. B degrees from the University of Calabar and the University of Benin respectively, Mr. Ozims was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 after excelling at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, in First Class Honors (B.L). He also holds an Advanced Diploma (Distinction) in Human Resources Management from the University of Lagos, and a Master’s degree, LL.M (Distinction) in International Business Law from the University of Cumbria, Lancaster, United Kingdom. He has attended many local and international professional courses and trainings which add to his knowledge base. Mr. Ozims brings his wealth of experience to bear on the Board of Zinox Technologies Limited.

MRS. KELECHI EZE-OKONTA

MANAGING DIRECTOR

A resource person and business leader, Kelechi possesses enviable skills in Leadership, Data Science and Business Analytics, Talent Management, Negotiations, Critical Thinking and Decision-making, among others. In the course of management, she has drawn from her experience in the ICT Industry and has successfully applied her skills to general corporate governance, corporate strategy, policy formulation and strategic management. An erudite scholar, Mrs. Okonta is a Chartered ICT Administrator and has been trained at the Lagos Business School, University of Texas in Austin and the prestigious Harvard Business School in the United States. Kelechi obtained her first Degree in Geography from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a Master’s Degree in International Business Management from the University of Liverpool, UK and a PGD in Data Science and Business Analytics from University of Texas in Austin.

A hands-on top performing Executive Manager, Mr. Uche Onyechere is a Chartered Accountant with over 19 years’ experience drawn from his service in different capacities in Audit, Project planning and Implementation and currently Operations, His forays into Sales was partly instrumental to the revamping of the Products Business Unit charged with marketing and expanding the reach of Zinox’s product offerings, carving out market niches by creating demand, product recognition and market share. Uche Onyechere has excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences. He has attended many local and international professional courses and trainings which add to his knowledge base. He brings his wealth of experience to bear on the Board of Zinox Technologies Limited.

A motivated, result-driven Executive with hands-on experience in Human Resource and Administrative functions. Chioma is a certified Human Resource Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in the ICT industry. She is adept in people and project management and holds a BSc. in Geography from the University of Lagos, Akoka and an MSc. in Environmental Engineering and Project Management from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. She also has a Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard University, Massachusetts, and Lagos Business School. As a strategic HR practitioner, Chioma has been able to successfully steer the execution of Human Resource and Administrative strategies and champion the transformation of HR into a function that proactively contributes to the achievement of key business objectives. Chioma is known for her excellent interpersonal skills which enables her build strong relationships with employees at various levels thereby promoting a positive work environment and culture.

Mr. Wilfred Okorie is a multiskilled finance and accounting professional with over 19 years’ experience, managing multibillion naira finance operations of businesses in the ICT industry; specialized in financial reporting, internal controls and tax management; has strong analytical and multi-tasking skills. A team player and builder; successfully building a very cohesive team that meets and exceeds business financial expectations.

Mr. Okorie is a graduate of Accounting and Finance and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2004. He has attended several trainings and obtained other certifications in accounting, auditing, taxation and allied compliance matters.

Mr. Reginald Obiakor is a Lawyer, and a Business and Corporate Resources Executive. He boasts extensive experience in business, corporate resource management, and academia. His experience is drawn from top management positions held within and outside Nigeria, a top lecturing profile at the London College of Commerce, and numerous management development courses attended at home and abroad. He is an alumnus of the University of Maiduguri, the University of Lagos, and the University of Bedfordshire, UK. Reginald brings his versatility in corporate governance and networking to bear on the Board of Zinox Technologies Limited.

Mrs. Bola Ojo is a well-rounded chartered accountant with over 25 years of experience in Audit, Credit Control, Accounting and Finance. Her vast experience in the private sector includes financial analysis, budgeting and budgetary controls, forecasting and cash flow analysis, variance analysis, financial /corporate reporting, regulatory returns and compliance. She is also highly skilled in the use of contemporary business software (Sage, Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Advance Excel). A graduate of Economics, she has a track record of breaking new grounds and ensuring compliance with standard practice and procedures in all professional dealings.

Kingsley Asonye, a Biochemistry graduate from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, is a seasoned public sector sales professional with over a decade and a half of valuable experience. Holding certifications in Project Management, he is recognized as a self-driven manager and motivated team leader. His track record includes successful engagement with established global brands, showcasing his ability to develop strategic relationships and enhance profitability. Kingsley is adept at forging partnerships to create strategic advantages. His skills extend to managing multi-phase projects, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving consensus in both public and private sectors. He possesses an extensive wealth of knowledge in IT, Support, and the deployment of Enterprise solutions. Kingsley brings his wealth of expertise to the Zinox team, in diverse areas such as Policy Development, Business Development, business strategy, IT Acquisition, and investment management.
